What is Murphy USA?

It all began in 2013 when Murphy USA became its own company. Before that, it was part of Murphy Oil.
What’s New?
In 2016, Murphy USA said they wanted to do things a bit differently. They started working with a company called Core-Mark International because they had more stuff to offer. So, they were less dependent on being close to Walmart stores.
What Do You Need?
To take this survey, you’ll need a few things:

Taking the Survey Online:

Step 2: If you’d rather take the survey in Spanish, look for a blue link in the bottom left corner and click on it.
Step 3: You’ll see some boxes at the top. These are for a special code from your receipt. It has twelve digits. Type those numbers into the top four boxes.
Step 4: On your receipt, there’s a time (in military time) at the top. Enter that time.
