- Choose the language you prefer to use.
- Find the 16-digit survey code on your purchase receipt and type it in.
- Click “Next.”
- Share the date and time when you visited the Food Lion store. This info is on your receipt too.
- Click “Next” again.
- Answer all the questions they have on the website. Make sure you’re thinking about your last visit to the store.
- Give your honest feedback. It helps Food Lion make things better.
- Now, fill in your details like your name, email address, phone number, and so on.
- After that, hit “Submit.” Your name will automatically go into the Food Lion survey sweepstakes drawing.
Option 2: Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
- Get a postcard and write neatly on it: your full name, email address, phone number, home address, zip code, city, and state.
- Mail it to this address: “Food Lion Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes,” P.O. Box 456, Newark, NY 14513.
Important: If you’re using the Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE), make sure your postcard gets postmarked and reaches the address by the dates mentioned in the “ENTRY PERIODS” section above. Each postcard you send counts as one entry. Don’t put multiple entries in the same envelope, and no photocopies are allowed. You can send up to five envelopes for each sweepstakes entry period.
