What You’ll Need:

Taking the Survey Online:
Step 1: Go to www.IGAstore-feedback.com.
Step 2: Select your store location, either the US or Caribbean/Mexico.
For Stores in the US:
- Enter the zip code where you live and click submit.
- A list of stores will appear. Click on “Provide Feedback” next to the store you visited.
For Stores in the Caribbean/Mexico:
- Choose the location of the store from the drop-down box.
- Then, select the specific store from the list.
Step 3: Enter the date and time when you visited the store.
Step 4: Answer the survey questions about your shopping experience. There will be nine pages of questions. Make sure to be honest and follow the directions.
Step 5: Enter the drawing for a chance to win. You’ll need to fill out a short form with your contact information, including your name, email address, and telephone number. This is how they’ll reach you if you win.
